Claudio Cornetti is Legal Director at Piemonte. He developed his professional trajectory within the company and is now responsible for the organization of the corporate structure of the group, the preparation of the corporate documentation, and the management of the supplier and client contracts, as well as compliance.
Claudio actively participates in all the M&A and capital market operations of the Piemonte Group, performing a direct role in the final negotiations of contracts for the purchase and sale of assets, and quotas and/or shares. He works directly with the inspection agents, such as BACEN, B3 and CVM.
In his career, Claudio also worked at Gouvea Vieira Advogados and at XP Investimentos CCTVM S.A.
