With extensive experience in accounting, auditing and financial consulting, Kevin Brandão is Accounting Director at Piemonte and leads the financial, accounting and tax team, focusing on the financial planning, and the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
He also supports the investment banking team in M&A and debt raising transactions, in addition to being an expert on the implementation of management systems.
In his professional career, Kevin worked at Ernst & Young (EY) and Deloitte, two of the main Big Four. In the audit area, he supported strategic and private equity clients in buy-side and sell-side processes, and participated in more than 30 transactions in the energy and technology sectors.
Kevin has a degree in Accounting Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
