With a solid career of more than four decades in corporate finance and business management in the sector of telecommunications and digital infrastructure, Marco Girardi is the CFO and a member of the Board of Directors of Piemonte.
He also works in the management of the financial area of Elea Digital Data Centers, which is a data center company in the Piemonte portfolio, integrating the ESG strategy of the company on all the operating fronts, in the chain of supplies and logistics and in the investment decisions.
Throughout his career, Marco has had an administrative role in several renowned companies, such as Alitalia Linee Aeree Italiane, Intesa Sanpaolo Serviços e Empreendimentos Ltda, Alba Fund Ltd. SAC, LEGO do Brasil and RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana.
Before joining Piemonte, Marco was the CFO of Telecom Italia LATAM, where he led the financial operations and served on the board of several subsidiaries, including Brasil Telecom SA, GLB Serviços Interativos S.A. (Globo.com), and other companies from the Telecom Italia Group in Latin America.
Marco studied Economics and Trade at the University of Turin, in addition to having qualifications from the Instituto Técnico Comercial e Contábil ITC S. Paolo and the Escola Superior Guglielmo Reiss Romoli.
