With more than 15 years of experience in the area of people management, Raquel Dilkin is Director of Human Resources at Piemonte and leads the HR team. She is responsible for the structuring of positions, the preparation of performance evaluations and the implementation of performance indicators.
She has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of performance programs, leadership development, talent attraction and retention, and change management projects.
Raquel also has an active role as an internal coach, having carried out more than 400 hours of coaching sessions with managers and supervisors. She also leads programs for the development of skills of emotional intelligence and mindfulness.
She has a degree in Company Administration with a qualification in HR from UNISINOS. Raquel has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Human Capital Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (EAE) and is certified by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, an Emotional Intelligence program based on Mindfulness created at Google.
