With a career of more than 41 years of experience in the area of security, Ricardo Pilar is the Executive Director of Security and IT at Piemonte. He is responsible for the physical security of the data centers of the Elea Digital Data Centers, a data center company in the Piemonte portfolio, in addition to the entire information technology department and for the administration of the supply chain.
During his career in the Navy, he led troops during major events, such as the Olympic Games and the World Cup, both held in the city of Rio de Janeiro. His extensive military experience has contributed to his management and leadership capabilities in security and technology.
Ricardo graduated from the Naval College and the Naval War College. He has a master’s degree in Defense from the Escola Superior de Guerra and an MBA in public administration from COPPEAD UFRJ.
