With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Roberta Borio is Director of Investments at Piemonte and works in the integrated management of the group, strengthening the vision of governance and knowledge of the group.
Her career includes employment in areas such as M&A, Financial Planning and Budgeting, and working in a variety of sectors such as oil and gas, energy, retail and private equity.
Roberta was Executive Manager at Petros, the largest pension fund in Latin America, where she implemented administrative improvements. She also worked at Banco Modal managing investment funds in Private Equity. She has extensive experience on the Boards of Directors of companies in the energy sector, such as Santo Antônio Energia S.A. and Taesa.
Roberta has a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, an MBA in Corporate Finance from Ibmec and executive training from the Harvard Business School.
