Our Story
We were born in 2012, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, as an investment boutique initially focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Consulting and Advisory services.
Due to the capital accumulated in this first phase, Piemonte became an independent investment group, starting to idealize and carry out proprietary investment projects and fund management and administration, always using cutting-edge technological resources and establishing its digital pioneering spirit.

Milestones and Achievements
2012
Foundation of the financial group in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
2013
Based in New York, United States, Piemonte Trading was founded as the group’s asset manager, operating as an investment advisor in accordance with the rules of the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission).
2014
With only two years in the market, the group reaches an accumulated volume of BRL 500 million in transactions carried out working exclusively as a financial advisor, between mergers and acquisitions and debt restructuring operations.
2016
Upon acquiring control of DSAPAR S.A. with its own resources, became Piemonte Holding. The group’s share capital reaches BRL 40 million with this acquisition.
2017
Launch of the Alba Fund, a series of offshore Hedge Funds.
2018
tart of investment in the digital transformation of Piemonte Holding, with the foundation of Elea Digital, through one of its Private Equity vehicles, Titan Venture Capital.
2019
Piemonte Holding became the first company in Latin America to issue private debentures using blockchain technology, reinforcing its pioneering spirit in digital innovation in the financial market.
2020
Elea Digital is chosen as the stalking horse for the acquisition of Oi’s data centers, within the scope of the operator’s judicial recovery process.
2021
Piemonte Holding and Elea Digital complete the historic acquisition of Oi’s five data centers. The new data centers became part of the Elea Digital platform, Piemonte’s data center ecosystem, located in Porto Alegre, Curitiba, São Paulo and Brasília, the latter with two units.
In the same year, Piemonte Holding, through Elea Digital, purchased a Tier III data center from Grupo Globo, located in the western part of the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. With this new acquisition, Elea Digital’s data center ecosystem has further increased its data server storage power.
Also in 2021, Piemonte Holding announced the launch of a financial asset trading platform entirely based on blockchain technology, again the first of its kind in Brazil and Latin America. The tool allows private investors in Piemonte to trade proprietary debentures and investment fund shares entirely via blockchain.
